Gretchen was born and raised in San Francisco, California.
In 1995, Gretchen started her career with A+ at a young age assisting the customer service department and always connected to business hospitality. First as a part-time employee and soon thereafter as full-time, Gretchen quickly found her home working closely with the business founders and owners in a collaborative effort to create and provide trusting relationships and exceptional customer service. Her experience and product knowledge is some of the best in the company.
Happy to be a part of the A+ team, Gretchen consistently maintains that A+ is her family and her work, and she holds both in high regard. She believes that customer service combined with quality products are the foundation to a successful business.
Gretchen resides in the Bay Area with her daughter. Their hobbies include travel, both near and far, always willing to explore new destinations, a variety of cuisines and other cultures. She is passionate about and loves music, cultural and culinary arts.
